Sara Mokuria, a co-chair of Mothers Against Police Brutality, said she hopes more officers face criminal charges for their conduct to "send a message to law enforcement that you don't get a get-out-of-jail-free pass."
Mokuria was a child when she saw her father, a refugee from Ethiopia, fatally shot by Dallas police. She's dissatisfied with how such cases are handled.
